It really boggles my mind to think anyone could come up with this statement... "don't have to worry about medical bills because we have free health care." Who on earth does he think pays the doctors salaries? Most Canadian doctors are foreign transplants that could not get into the USA. Most Canadian trained doctors head to the USA if they can, very few stay home. If you are a Canadian and can afford it you head straight to MAYO if you have a problem. Having experienced the medical systems of Cuba, Ukraine, Brazil and Mexico, I would say Cuba has an edge over the Canadian system.
