Big Bee (a.k.a. Greg),

I'm surprised your Q4 revenue estimates didn't generate more interest and discussion. Personally, I think you did a good job of making some sense out of the relatively little information we have available to work from. I agree that the volatile M&A & divestiture activity coupled with lack of any historical data for some of the divisions (e.g., we don't know what kind of revenue to expect for minutes billed or pages faxed in different countries, operating under different telecom regulations, and sometimes operating with different contracts and with other people's switches) makes attempting to extrapolate meaningful data extremely difficult.

However, given all these variables, I think your estimate is difficult to fault. I think the only thing we now know should be changed is that the CyberFax revenue estimates shouldn't be $0 per one of Joe's posts. Naturally I, as you, hope you errored on the conservative side but even if you didn't, I'd definitely take $7.5 for the quarter and $28M-$30M annualized! Not too shabby at all.

I'd still be interested in hearing comments from others on your estimates but thanks for taking the time to give it a good first shot!

Dan
