A wildcard with UNH is: Will there be a negative 2027 MA coding adjustment? This is released Feb 2026
Having had some experience with government rugpull on Medicare Reimbursement rates that bankrupted the largest nursing home chain, I'm not adding to my now small position in UNH until I get clarity on MA coding.
