Why should anyone coming in our country illegally, have any legal rights.
If they don't have any legal rights, then it'd be legal for you to murder them in cold blood, because the law wouldn't recognize their right to live.

Our Declaration of Independence already states that rights are endowed to us by a Creator. They aren't endowed to us by the act of naturalization or even the act of giving someone a green card.

Rights are rights. Not "temporary privileges" (tm. George Carlin) provided by the state.
