Either way, you are on record saying that "assault on an officer with a dEaDlY sAnDwIcH" should be classified as a felony.

I predict that once the D.C. grand jury rejects felony charges, you will cry and moan about "biased woke juries" and pretend that no one in the D.C. area could ever serve as an unbiased juror.
