Terry, I don't have the third quarter results in front of me, but look back three months and i am sure you can find them among the posts on this board. The conference call did not include premerger numbers but one of the questioners made specific mention of Individual's continued progress in reducing the loss per share. INDV has been steadily climbing upward a little faster than analysts have predicted for a number of quarters now. There is a nonrecurring charge of $3 mil included in fourth quarter results. One questioner speculated that this was a fee to Netscape for (i assume) advertising space but management did not confirm or deny that the charge related to Netscape. He did make the point that if the one time charge was excluded than the loss was only around (700,000) and both questioner and management seemed to agree that was primarily an improvement in the move toward profitability on INDV's part. rod PS Welcome to the thread.
