Scott, it appears that the research link for PERLF has once again become available:

quote.yahoo.com

The estimates for $0.12 the fiscal year for 1997/1998 are consistent with the earnings translation from Canadian Dollars to U.S. Dollars. At an exchange rate of $0.73 US dollars per $1 Canadian, the $0.16 EPS projected from Baseline translates to $0.12 EPS.

The 1998/1999 estimates for $0.27 then translate to $0.20 EPS. At a conservative P/E multiple of 15 for this level of earnings, the stock theoretically is fairly priced at $3.00. Given the 1.5 year timeframe for such earnings to materialize, the annual compounded price appreciation could be approximated to 58.7% if the price reaches the $3.00 target.

Regards,

Rainier
