Wrong, it was Germany, which was part of the Austrian-Prussian empire that started the war. The assassination of archduke Ferdinand was the spark, as well as a number of other factors such as the Balkan powder keg. Hitler came to power and started WW II, which involved overrunning Poland, Czechoslovakia, operation Barbarossa, the Anschluss etc. all of which are not related to the treaty of Versailles. Again you apologize for the allies who punished Germany for their aggressive war. You’re echoing the excuses Nazis give.
