Andrew, thanks for not waiting for a round number! A couple of questions: 1) since ISI is not publicly traded (although I once owned GCA way back when) how do you rank ASMLF,SVGI,UTEK etc.? (I'd assume the same phase shifting technique could extend the useful range of equipment at any wavelength) 2) ETEC vs UTEK for making masks - I know that DPMI bought a unit from UTEK. Could you speculate on whose equipment would be best suited for making these particular masks? Sorry if the questions seem too basic. This is not a technology I am familiar with. regards, spiny
