Citrix's Thin-Client/Server Technology Wins Two Awards in Europe

Citrix's "pICAsso" Project Awarded Grand Prize at IT Comdex France; WinFrame(r) Named Product of the Year by Byte Espana
Citrix Systems, Inc. CTXS today announced that its "pICAsso" project was awarded the Grand Prize for technology innovation at IT Comdex France by InfoPC, a French information technology publication. Citrix's WinFrame thin-client/server system software was also named 1998 Product of the Year by Byte Espana, one of Spain's leading trade and information technology publications.

IT Comdex France Grand Prize

Citrix's "pICAsso" project received the Grand Prize for the best connectivity solution, presented to the new software or hardware product that offers speed, reliability, administration and quality beyond other available solutions.
Byte Espana Product of the Year
Byte Espana presents Product of the Year awards to innovative solutions that have emerged as standards in the industry. WinFrame thin-client/server software was named Product of the Year because of its unique ability to extend the reach of Windows-based applications to any device. WinFrame was selected by the publication's editorial team, based on product reviews and interviews with Citrix distributors. |
