"Joe Noel will up his numbers and has put WCII as one of his two focus stocks." Steve, are you expecting anything during the next few days? Is H&Q or any of the others planning on coming out with new reports or recs? How and when does Noel broadcast his focus stocks? Institutions or public? It seems all these guys do a lot of reporting/recommending that us normal public folks never hear about. Keep us informed.
