Bill, they didn't rule on the merits of the case. Just the size of the penalty. You have always argued against the merits of the case, but the appeals court said nothing about it. Meanwhile I said nothing about the size of the penalty. All I argued is that Trump can't avoid having to pay it just by filing an appeal. He has to put a bunch of his assets into a holding pattern while the appeals process goes through. The fact that he did that already disproved your assertion that Trump will not have to pay a dime, because I'm pretty sure that holding process cost him more than a dime. Tenchusatsu
