I think you are right with your MAI long view. I've re-purchased, cheaper, a decent portion of the stock I sold after the MAI purchase of Calibre US and the huge dilution. As Dave Lottan said in a recent interview he knows the two lead guys who took $37m of the $100m financing and they're really sharp guys. Existing shareholders aren't happy but the new guys got a good deal. May be a bottom here.
