THX Privately. I called. Currently the amount to be sold is 40 units, in a single lot. A seller could offer fewer and Schwab would submit that to the ether. After some time (he said ~30 minutes) Schwab would submit to the seller the offer and that would need to be approved before day's end to complete the sale. BTW, the current minimum under the ask is 7, down from 10. Diego
