KDK, CAPT

Kodiak Copper aka KDK, which is drilling up Cu/Au porphyries on its MPD property in south central C, released its first set of drill results from its 2025 campaign.

This campaign is focused on expanding near surface mineralization in three zones. The 22 holes in this PR were all in the South Zone, and encouragingly, all the holes, which averaged just over 100m in length, ended in mineralization.

The South Zone has now been extended to more than 1 km one km in strike length, and it remains open in multiple directions, including to depth. The feature result from this campaign was 0.39% Cu, 0.10 g/t Au and 1.63 g/t Ag (0.46% CuEq) over 111.3m from surface, but there were many similar assays from the other holes. To remind you, these are grades and lengths typical of the producing mines in the area.

Next up we will get assay results from the Adit and West Zones, ans then before year end an updated Resource Estimate for MPD which will, I hope, kick the share price up from its current range.

Capitan Silver aka CAPT gained more than 22% today and set an ATH on big volume on news that they had completed the purchase of some important property to complete their Cruz de Plata Ag/Au/{b/Zn project in Durango, Mexico. I am not sure why there was this reaction as the news was no surprise, at least to me, but I ain't complaining, except to my self for not buying more shares back when CAPT was less than half the current share price.
