Excellent news, Wharfie.

Now he can finally spend time with the fam and prepare for the upcoming trial for "human smuggling," whenever that'll be.

By the way, the merits of the government's case against Garcia are highly dubious. From NPR:

Kilmar Abrego Garcia released from federal custody pending criminal trial (NPR)
U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes of Tennessee, in a lengthy opinion in June, questioned the merits of the smuggling claims, saying the government's accusations of how many alleged smuggling trips he took "approach physical impossibility."
In other words, the government is making shit up and throwing it at a wall in hopes that some of it will stick.

I sure hope Garcia has good legal counsel on his side.
