FYI, worked at a government installation of about 10k employees when the gubm’t bailed Chrysler out. From that point on, nothing but Chrysler vehicles were seen on the property. Probably the same on all gubm’t properties from that point on for years. I’m not judging if this was good or bad, but I personally think Chrysler would have failed to exist without this “boost” in sales.
