Good evening, Gator. We have observed your posts in the past and have concluded you are a well rounded individual. It is obvious you have a zest for life and live for experiences beyond the bottom line. This is admirable and we hope others who read your posts are inspired to get off line and enjoy a good bottle of wine amongst friends and family. Why is it that we are not accorded the same respect from you? We do not expect you to go out of your way and wave our flag, just as we have never waved yours, until today. However, comments such as: "Guess it doesn't matter to you as you already have money in hand..." are unwarranted and clearly disrespectful. Much like yourself, we are striving to achieve more than a bottom line in life. The pride that comes with doing your best and associating with good people/companies is highest on our list of priorities. If not, we would not have turned down more offers than we have currently accepted. The money is tempting but not big enough of a pay-off to justify the ends. Perhaps our best is not/will not be good enough for you but the fact is, we are trying our best. If you don't think we've done a good job 3 months from now, post a letter and state your opinion. The response you receive from others will serve to confirm or refute your conclusions. In the meantime, we do not give you the right to make any value judgements about us. Do not profess to knowing we place money in hand over building relationships. In our culture, there is a saying: "You don't know a man until you have eaten a boatload of salt with him". The translation is not smooth but you of famous BBQ's will get the gist. Perhaps in your case, you won't know us until you have shared a case of wine with us.
