Henry, I understood that it was really about patent enforcement. But I also think it is fair to call it a licence, or isn't it? By the way, this also cements LGND's position as willing to go after infringers. They've taken things to litigation before and so far I believe all issues have been substantially in their favor. Pretty scrappy little company! Cheers, Torben
