Okinawa was far worse than your post indicated. Homeless people.. Maybe homelessness is the true 'American Exceptionalism'.. Just my own bias as I look from afar. All countries have their own 'seemingly' unique problems.. but homelessness does not project publicly. Actually homeless on the street is not tolerated at all in most civilized countries of my visit. As far as my own bias, druggies have no 'in- public rights' when outside of their privacy. Make a deal with Cuba.. we ship the lot of druggies there... $per head. No coddling of criminals of which druggies are. Stupid America, fuck the fat Miami Cubans.. the "ColdWar" was over in 1991, 34yrs ago. Dealing with the actual mentally affected homeless would be less problematic & less costly. Sorry to be so graphic, but why not. I'm much more controlled in my opinion than our freely elected president.
