Trump Signs Executive Order Banning Flag Burning - “If You Burn a Flag, You Get One Year in Jail — No Early Exits, No Nothing” Sorry, but IMO, Trump goes a bit overboard here. He needs to cool his jets, once in a while.. Banning flag burning is unconstitutional. 1st Amendment. And I'm glad to live in a country where that sort of freedom to protest exists, as offensive and repugnant as the act may be.
