No, the S&P Global data is unlikely to cause the Fed to not cut rates.

If you read the Fed minutes and Powel's transcript, you'll see that the Fed believes that the tariffs are one-time jump in the inflation and not a systemic cause, and furthermore they think that the job market is slowing down which will moderate the impact of the tariffs. They see the risks on the jobs and economic side rather than inflation. Or rather they think that the lesser evil is to cut rates.
