Robin Westman ID'd as Minneapolis Catholic school gunman — as possible manifesto shows psychotic obsession with mass shooters: EXCLUSIVEBy Chris Nesi

The school shooter in Minneapolis who killed two children and injured at least 17 others has been identified — as law enforcement investigates a possible manifesto posted online, sources confirmed to The Post.

Robin Westman, who is in his early 20s, opened fire through the stained glass windows of Annunciation Catholic Church during a celebratory back-to-school Mass filled with children, around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Police are investigating whether a sick 20-minute YouTube video shared on an account hours before the shooting is connected to Westman.

In the video, a hand slowly turns the pages of a red notebook, which is laid out on top of what appears to be schematic gun diagrams.

Each page is filled with inscrutable handwritten scrawl, an occasional plume of smoke is seen from the bottom of the screen as the person turning the pages coughs and occasionally maniacally giggles.

Other videos show an obsession with mass shooters -- including Sandy Hook killer Adam Lanza.

Westman, who died at the scene of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, was armed with a rifle, a shotgun and a handgun. The shooter was not previously known to law enforcement, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara told reporters at a press conference.

Videos posted to YouTube show multiple weapons — including a semi-automatic rifle and a shotgun. Magazines were scrawled with "for the children" and "kill Donald Trump."
