When I was in the office last year, I used a 24" screen and my laptop (and phone). This year, I was using 2 x 24" screens and my phone in the office.

When working from home, I pretty much just use my laptop and phone (and the 55" TV for Bloomberg).

I still have a 22" monitor new in the box that I bought in 2008 to use for trading that I never ended up using.
