SOWBUG:
I am far from an expert and am not qualified to give much in the way of (sound) advice but I can tell you that I personally have had both stock and option orders filled for less than the limit requested. I don't know if it makes any difference where you trade. I currently trade w/ Schwab but am probably shifting to a lower cost brokerage soon. Also I would advise against an overnight market order as both the stock and the option could gap up presenting you with a nasty surprise in the A.M. How bad do you want it??
Again I am not an expert but I am fairly confident that this is accurate. Good luck.
