I apologize Jessica. ` You are correct, there are many wonderful folks still with the company. And I checked the Cserve threads which we're still supporting, and ya'll are doing a bang-up job. ` Please believe me when I say I did not intend to slur the remaining people who are struggling to provide good service with limited resources. ` However, be careful not to earn that third week of vacation... I had just received my five year, "Loyal Service" certificate, (along with the additional vacation time), when my redundency became apparent. ` Good luck handling the queue, and again, my apologies for my hasty words.
