Private data local to my phone. Contacts, photos, video of my dog that I took yesterday. What else do people keep on their phones?

I'm a low volume cell phone user, so I don't really grasp these applications which are making use of data local to my phone and amazing large language models which have access to everything ever written.

What are the use case examples you're implying?
