I listened to a long interview with Rick Rule yesterday.
He only spoke a few minutes on U.

WRT Spot Uranium pricing...

RR said, and not for the 1st time, the speed of Japanese restarts is driving the Spot price.

The Japanese are restarts are going slower than expected.
The Japanese are NOT selling Uranium
BUT
They are LEASING Uranium.

My thought is maybe that just makes for a longer fuse before SHTF.
