Just to remind everyone how RuZZian disinformation works, there are three stages:

1) Seeding
2) Harvesting
3) Amplification

That 1.8M figure was obviously part of the seeding phase. RuZZia tosses out thousands of lies like this across their Z-troll network and sees which ones take root. Then they'll harvest the ones that go viral and amplify it to the mainstream media outlets.

Unfortunately for you, that 1.8M figure didn't make it past the harvesting stage.
