| | | Fake Harvard economist Ron Vara is blaming PooTin's three day war of choice on India:
Trump adviser calls Ukraine conflict 'Modi's war' as US tariffs on India rise (BBC)
Nothing that guy says here makes any sense:
******* "Everybody in America loses because of what India is doing. The consumers and businesses and everything lose, and workers lose because India's high tariffs cost us jobs, factories and income and higher wages. And then the taxpayers lose because we got to fund Modi's war," he was quoted saying.
When asked if he actually meant "Putin's war" instead, Mr Navarro said: "I mean Modi's war, because the road to peace runs, in part, through New Delhi."
Navarro then went on to add: "What's troubling to me is that the Indians are so arrogant about this. They say, 'Oh, we don't have higher tariffs. Oh, it's our sovereignty. We can buy oil from anyone we want.' India, you're the biggest democracy in the world, okay, act like one."
*******
First of all, you cocksucking embarrassment of a Harvard scholar, India isn't losing out because they're funding PooTin's war. Instead, India gets cheap oil. They get something in return.
Second, India doesn't give a shit about peace in Europe. The road to peace never ran through New Delhi, and Trump's tariffs don't change that inconvenient truth.
Third, it's VERY rich of you to call Indians "arrogant" and to be thinking too much about their own sovereignty. That's just more projection on your part.
Finally, while I agree that India should be held accountable for buying RuZZian oil, the way to do that is through diplomatic finesse, not dumbass trade wars. India needs an alternative to the 40% of their oil imports that come from RuZZia. India needs incentives to cooperate with Western economies and not ally themselves with autocratic nations like RuZZia and now China.
By the way, "Ron Vara," Indians have always called Americans "arrogant" and "hypocritical." You just gave them even more reasons to believe that.
And for what? So you can please your Orange Master? GFY, Ron Vara.
