Maybe Alito. He's all about the original text. I liked him when he was nominated because he was smart as all getout, unlike so many lightweights who had been nominated since the late 80's, but he's been a disappointment to me overall.

I liked it when Roberts was appointed as well. I have no problem if you are smart and have a good grasp of the law and how it has been applied and how it may need to change as humans and society does.
