The disingenuity of the trump position in this case needs to be considered by the supremes. When they lost in early May, they said that there would be no harm to plaintiffs even if the admin loses in the end because the admin will reimburse them. Now after using what was deemed illegal to €€fff! Other countries, they now say that an adverse ruling would cause irreparable harm to USA. wtf?
