There are many indicators I look at to get a sense of the market, but this is my main indicator. After yesterday’s action, again it was up on the day even though the market was down. I’ve placed red markers below significant down events, the 2008 market crash, 2020 covid and April’s Tariff scare. I pay attention when this indicator reverses down(and up as well as in May of 2009). I look at other indicators for confirmation of its direction. You can do a look-see at other times it reverses for your own correlation.
