Here’s the opinion of the Federal Circuit. cafc.uscourts.gov The majority’s opinion is 45 pages, and four judges filed a 15 page concurrence. The dissent is 67 pages long. Two of the dissenters are Bush appointees and two were appointed by Obama. There’s lots to argue about.
