I own this stock and occasionally buy some.

I don't see rising earnings until 2nd half of 98. I listened to the last several conference calls, and have found the company management appears to be forthcoming. But a lot of the deals they were working on didn't pan out as quick as they hoped, so a lot of the forward looking statements made in the calls were "wide of the mark".

Basically, I have about a 4% position here, underwater, and am in the process of 'rolling over' my taxable shares to get the tax losses. At the current price, I think the stock is cheap. Just don't expect 30% growth, this one will only grow revenues about 15-20%. Couple that with the 'foreign' stigma, and that explains why it should trade at discounted PE. However this doesn't explain why it trades at the current PE of 7.

Wish I had bought my shares at this price.
