I agree. However, it is possible that some exporters reduced their prices so that tariffs don’t lead to 0 consumption. They need compensation too for being forced to do that. After all, Trump says they pay the tariffs in a roundabout way. Every human being can sue USA for this atrocity. And that is why the supremes will contort their way into accepting trump tariffs. I bet on it.
