uneducated poor people if they do find a job it will be for low wages, they can work hard as they want and barley eek out a living. unless one of their kids have some kind of athletic talent odds are they never go to college. shouldn't be breeding? you tell someone they can't have sex because they are poor, that sounds pretty fascist
