I don't get this. She is reportedly worth nine digits and is in no danger of being unemployed. She still has a gig with NBC's Sunday Night Football, and I'm sure she's still in high demand among the MAGA crowd.

As for her farm, she only maintains it for two reasons:

a) Stay connected to her agricultural roots

b) For social media

There should be no reason why she has to stress out over its maintenance. If she can't find workers, she'll just have to raise the pay. There should be plenty of young people, especially from the MAGAsphere, who would love to work on Carrie Underwood's farm and even be featured on her social media posts.
