Keep in mind these old numbers on retail investors - 90% lose money, 5% brake even and 5% make money.

I suspect the numbers are wrong but the deck is stacked against retail. Even if the numbers where 50% lose money 15% break even and 25% make money its clear that making a profit is a challenge.

A good model for how the market works is to look at the donnie too weaks crime family and their liberty coin scam. about 1% made money buying and selling the coin, the remaining 99% are losers. People continue to buy and the crime family is sitting on coin valued at 5billion. That coin was created out of air. In a general way that is what you are playing with when stepping into the market.
