My Dad always warned "if it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true."

Wal-Mart backed fintech OnePay rolled out its wireless plan today; using AT&T's network, it offers unlimited 5G data, calls, and texts for $35/mo.

My back-up, seldom used, phone, is on AT&T with unlimited everything, but I'm paying way more than $35/mo.

What's the catch with the OnePay offer? If I change to OP, what am I giving up and how would I be screwed?
