The legal system in our country needs to move faster - for important issues. Why can’t SC give the plaintiffs and the govt 1 month to put a brief for the tariff issue. Surely, no new information is going to be unearthed. Why not give 2 weeks to put forward briefs and then oral arguments 1 month after that for the SC to read and confer? Why can’t big issues be resolved faster?
