Same poster also posted this. If he's correct, then whatever this is, I'm assuming gentex, needs 3 segments for a small roof at spd prices to make the change even remotely on time perhaps.

I am on the fence. I always get the transparent roof panel option. So when this new chromatic panel came out I thought that would be great. But I don't care for all the different segments, it weights more, doesn't work as well in hot weather (I live in Vegas) so I will do the std VCF for the ZR1. Worse case I will after market the transparent top, but I really don't like to have 2 tops, one to store.
