Frederick and All: I have a question.

If there has been an effort made to sell the company, and they are currently entertaining offers, why would the stock be pulling back like it has the last couple of days. I would think that if anything it would be going up in anticipation of the forecasted buyout price or a bidding war given the future projections of the stock price by Salamon/Smith Barney (12 month $50). Could the sale price be less than what it is currently trading at? I don't think that would be the case, but I am puzzled by the stock's action the last few days.

Any thoughts?
