Steven - You can buy this security if you have another marginable stock... Institutions don't often bother with stocks < $5. Non-marginable means that they don't make interest. Plus, as we all know, BBs are far to risky to gamble OTHER people's money on. However, I do have an investing news letter I send out - DAncing Monkey Newsletter (DAMN) and I have recommended NETZ as a (high risk) buy while under $1. FWIW JohnnyH PS - Let's keep the quality of this thread. Name calling just cheapens the company and makes this thread look childish and discourages future investors...
