Hello Bill, shares outstanding are 5.9mm , but the estimated float is only 900,000. Their web page shows estimated insider ownership of 82%, it also states that they expect to make .31 in 1998. In my opinion this stock is very under valued. I was hoping that I could pick up some more before this thing got noticed, but thanks for setting up a thread on this one. MH
