Please indicate what are "micro-valves."I have not seen any mention of themin the company's literature although the material I looked at is several months old. How many shares are outstanding? Someone once said 60,000,000; is that correct? If so they may have a reverse split sometime. Does the company have a website? Looked but to no avail. Many thanks.
