Thanks VERY MUCH for the conference call transcript. I was thinking about asking someone to do this, but I knew it would be a LOT of work.

It never ceases to amaze me how much talent we have here on SI, in a number of areas. I had to smile a little bit when I saw Janski's analysis of the financing deal. It was VERY GOOD! I may have to raise his rating. <g>
