Heartsoft, Inc. Announces Three Profitable Quarters in a Row

TULSA, Okla., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Heartsoft, Inc. (OTC BB: HTSF), publisher of advanced software products developed exclusively for the education market, announced today continued quarterly profitability through the 9 months ending December 30, 1997.

For the first 9 months of fiscal 1997, Heartsoft, Inc. recorded revenues of $1,071,200, with a net income of $176,300, or 3 cents per
share.

Financial results for the 3 months ending December 31, 1997, reflected revenues of $336,900 with a net income of $38,700, or less than 1 cent per share.

All revenues generated during the 9 month period were the results of the company's core products division in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and represented a 27% increase over the division's year earlier revenue levels. The company saw a net profit during the period of $176,300 compared to a net loss of ($102,100). The improvement was the result of improved efficiencies experienced after an internal restructuring during fiscal 1996 and the elimination of the company's Advanced Technologies Division, Dallas, Texas, during the last quarter of fiscal 1996.

The Company is currently releasing its new product line, Thinkology(R), on a national basis. Full release of Thinkology will occur at the Florida Education Technology Conference (F.E.T.C) the nation's second largest educational technology conference, in Orlando, Florida, on Thursday, March 5, 1997.
