The difference is that Biden allowed his subordinates to at least keep the plane in the air. The administration was in complete autopilot mode, for better or for worse, as I mentioned numerous times during his administration.
Trump, on the other hand, took a hammer to the autopilot button because he believes he can fly the damned plane himself. He is personally dicktating every single high-level decision that is made across the entire federal government, from HHS to trade policy, law enforcement, defense^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hwar, foreign policy, energy, etc.
Trump needs to feel like he's the smartest man in the room. He's mentally unstable, and he needs a constant stream of North Korean style ass-kissing.
