I disagree with the concept of AI makes your brain lazy in the same way that I disagree with calculators make you not understand math and cars make you physically unfit.

It is true that calculators (and all computers) can weaken your mathematical skills. And it is also true that if we had to walk (or ride a horse) to work, school, store, etc. the society be fitter than it is now.

But it is not true that you cannot go to the gym and be buff. There is a subset of society that drives around and uses a few hours of time they save by driving to go to the gym and become fitter that they would have been if they were living in the 1900s.

Similarly, one can certainly use the AI to be mentally stronger, not weaker than without the AI. But it takes self-discipline.
